Church in Hawaii is a great time. The church is white and blue and very inviting. At the end of the service the members sing to the visitors and give them crocheted leis. After church we headed back to the resort to change and eat lunch. Eric loves Sunday walks so we all went for a walk and I was able to dip my toes in the water. My first time in the Pacific!!

The flowers here are so beautiful and there are so many of them. The water is so colorful and so clean. I noticed the water smells so much cleaner than it does in Florida.
The afternoon than involved a drive out and about.

Not too far from where we are staying is an area known as Spouting Horn. The waves shoot up through the rocks. We had to wait for a few minutes to get down the road because a car had taken the curve too sharp and had flipped over.

While we were waiting we got to see the catamaran we are taking on Wednesday and Eric and I are both more excited now for our trip.

Dinner Sunday night was yummy steaks on the grill with asparagus. After dinner we went to try and watch the sunset but we are on the wrong side of the island for that. The waves were crashing up and down on the rocks and it was actually quite soothing.
