Yesterday we had a huge blizzard like storm that came through and then this morning the sun was out and the snow was melting and I noticed that there was green grass poking through the snow all along the bus route. I started thinking about General Conference this past weekend and for me the message was that as long as I am being righteous and doing all I can I can be at peace and overcome all of the sadness and wrong around me. I can be like the grass; even though the world is going to dump yucky snow on me I can still be green and offer joy to those around me.
