Cleaning Tip

One of my favorite things about Pinterest is the cleaning tips that I have found. One of the ones that has changed my life is the way to clean the burners on a gas stove top and your oven racks. With the burners you just slide them into a gallon Ziploc bag and then add a few tablespoons of ammonia. Let it sit overnight and then wash off. All of that yucky cooked on stuff just slides off. It works for the oven racks as well you just seal them up in garbage bags. When we moved in the actual stove was really clean but the burner cover things were just nasty and this is what made all of the difference. Cleaning them with ammonia got rid of that gross slimy feeling on them. Way to go Pinterest and smart people who are willing the share their knowledge.
