After the adventurous hike I took my parents and Eric to go see the Nolichucky River. I think it is one of the prettiest rivers I have ever seen. It is wide and shallow with a lot of really big rocks. I just want to sit out on the rocks and sunbathe, drink lemonade and read. Granted the water is probably freezing so I don't think I will give it a try any time soon.
Dad was in awe of the steepness of the driveway that is in front of our house. He had to take pictures to document what we drove up and down every day. Eric and I have gotten used to it but I don't think my parents ever did.
